
Following the recent ACC Development Committee meeting in Dubai, the following fixtures for the 2005-2006 season were set:

| UAE v Hong Kong | 24th – 26th April |
| Nepal v Hong Kong | 30th April – 2nd May |
| UAE v Nepal | 7th – 9th May |
| Singapore v Malaysia | 7th – 9th August |
| Malaysia v UAE | 26th – 28th August |
| Malaysia v Hong Kong | 9th – 11th September |
| Singapore v Hong Kong | 7th – 9th October |
| Malaysia v Nepal | 14th – 16th October |
| Singapore v UAE | 1st – 3rd December |
The UAE v Hong Kong, Nepal v Hong Kong, UAE v Nepal games will also serve as qualifiers for the ICC Intercontinental Cup competition in which one of these three teams will qualify as the Asian representative for the Intercontinental Cup semi-finals/finals to be held in Namibia in October 2005.

Three-day competition is the best vehicle for the development of the young cricketer and we have been very impressed by the progress shown across our region so far. Now that the teams have some experience of the format and its challenges we expect an even better standard of competition this year”, says Anil Kalaver of the ACC Development Committee and Honorary Secretary of the Singapore Cricket Association.
